How long does shipping & delivery take?

All in stock orders will ship same-day or within 1 business day. Shipping within the Netherlands will arrive within 1-2 business days. International deliveries will range from 3-8 days for Europe. See link for estimations.

What is your privacy & security policy?

Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone.  We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 

What is your returns and replacement policy?

The nature of RC products are that generally we offer limited warranties as products are easily shorted, burned out or crashed. We consider each request on a case-by-case basis. Which ordering and payment methods do you have?

Click on “Cart” on the top right of the screen, click “Checkout” and fill in your details.

The payment methods are listed at the following link and can be different per country due to availability of payment methods.

 

Where can I view my orders?

Log in to your account, and click on “Login” on the top menu and select "Order History and Details" or follow this link.

 

How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account or if you are already logged in click on your account name in the roght top. For changing your password select "My Personal Information". For changing your adress select "My Addresses".

 

Do you have your own stock?

All products offered on the our website are delivered from our own warehouse in the Netherlands. If an item is not in stock, we have ordered it at the supplier. We do not offer dropshipping. No long delivery times after ordering.

 

Can I pay in other currency?

We accept only payments in Euro. The amounts are showed in Euro only and your credit card provider or paypal may charge you a slightly different rate depending on your local currency.
